Adolfo's real estate career has successfully evolved since 2015 when he began as an apartment shower/office assistant. Soon after, he was recruited by the former SVP of Marketing and Leasing for Rockrose Development to work as a full-time leasing assistant. Adolfo was promoted several times to his most recent role at Rockrose, Senior Leasing Agent. While there he was also awarded as Rookie Sales Professional of the Year and Sales Team of the Year. Adolfo joined Corcoran in 2019 and continued advancing, serving as Leasing Associate at one of NYC's top rental developments on the Upper West Side, Waterline Square, a very successful lease-up project. He later joined The Bracha Team, where he is currently involved in new development sales, resale transactions, and rentals as well.Born and raised in Mexico, Adolfo moved to Providence, RI at the age of 12. His education included earning a Bachelor's in Italian Language and Literature with a concentration in General Business at the University of Rhode Island, and studying abroad twice in Italy. He speaks Spanish, Italian and English fluently, and draws on his broad exposure to different places and cultures to satisfy the needs of a domestic and international clientele. Prior to real estate, Adolfo was a Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO/CFO and other SVP's for one of the world's top leaders in gaming technology. His keen attention to detail, charismatic personality, and seasoned business and real estate skills make him a consummate professional.Most important to Adolfo is building trust and relationships. He can efficiently guide and advise buyers and sellers, while understanding and empathizing with their needs. Highly patient, passionate and knowledgeable, Adolfo specializes in sales and rentals in the Upper East Side, Midtown, Long Island City and Astoria neighborhoods, or anywhere else in Manhattan and Queens where his clients' interests lie.
