Prior to founding Vista Property Accounting, Mr. Rafael utilized his real estate expertise at RE/MAX Olson Associates. There he brokered deals on a variety of properties including apartment complexes, medical buildings restaurant spaces.Before RE/MAX, Adel worked as the Controller CFO for Beverly Hills headquartered Orangefair Company, an operator of predominately retail based properties including Regional Shopping Centers, where he was instrumental in increasing the company's assets from $100 million to $280 million from 900,000 square feet to 1,750,000 square feet of retail space with an average 92% occupancy rate. During the 12 Years that Mr. Rafael spent at the Orangefair Company he supervised a two year transformation of Orangefair Market Place from a run down center, to a trophy center that was anchored by Circuit City, Burlington Coat Factory many other leading retailers.He has also worked at Kenny Nomura Corporation began his career at Coldwell Banker. In 1986 Mr. Rafael attended received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He became a RE Broker in 2008. Mr. Rafael is currently enrolled in CCIM to earn the CCIM commercial Designation. Adel currently resides in Porter Ranch, California when not working, can be found on the tennis courts or swimming.
