Adam was ok but once passed to a processor he was non existent. I understand his job is to acquire new people for loans but if the loan processor is out of the office or on vacation I think somebody else should pick up the phone. Or return...

Assistance with Home Equity Loan was excellent. Adam helped me setup the online account to ensure all required documents were uploaded. He was quick to respond to my email questions and providing any assistance needed.
