Adam F. Mirza is a licensed attorney, real estate broker, and a certified public accountant in California. He also teaches personal finance, tax and accounting as an adjunct instructor at Cerritos College and teaches commercial transactions as a Professor at Abraham Lincoln University Law School in Los Angeles. Additionally, he holds Series 7, Series 24, Series 27 and Series 66 securities licenses. Born in California, Adam completed his undergraduate degree at Canada's top ranked institution the University of Toronto in business management specializing in accounting with solid grounding in finance and economics. He worked at the top two private sector pension funds in Canada and internationally leading professional audit and tax firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP before returning to the USA to complete dual Juris Doctor of Law (JD) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degrees in pursuit of his greater ambitions. Since, Adam has worked at a mixture of a non-profit, an industry-leading publicly traded company, and at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Adam currently serves as General Counsel specializing in several areas of law including but not limited to securities law, regulatory compliance, corporate and business law, contract law, finance and investments, and real estate law for the following companies: A dual registered SEC registered investment advisor and FINRA broker dealer wealth management firm with over $200,000,000 assets under management. A nationwide private money lender that has a loan portfolio secured by over $80,000,000 of commercial real estate. A California BRE licensed real estate broker corporation. Self-storage facilities for individuals and businesses in 7 states nationwide. He is also President of Mirza Professional Services providing accounting, business, financial, legal, real estate and tax services and solutions to individuals and businesses.Adam is a health and fitness enthusiast and enjoys going to the gym, hiking, weightlifting, cardio, playing hockey and leading an active and balanced lifestyle.
