I just wanted to introduce myself and give you a little background on me and my experience as a Real Estate Agent and Broker. I grew up in Lake Mary Florida with the greatest mom in the world. I do not know where I would be today if it were not for her. After I graduated from High School at Lake Brantley in Altamonte Springs, I left for college in Gainesville Florida at the ripe old age of 18. After going to school for 3 years, I really didn't know what I wanted to do, so I went back and got my Real Estate Appraising License. Well back in 2002, it was a little hard to break into the business, so I took more schooling and received my Real Estate Sales Associates License in 2003. Since then, there was no turning back. I first started working at Re/Max Assured in Maitland Florida for the Luckenbach Team. We were the #1 team in Florida for the 2 years I was working there. After 2 successful years working under Barry Luckenbach, I branched off with my best friend Nathaniel Zinno and opened Assist 2 Sell Buyers & Sellers Premier Realty. I was only 25 years old and it was a lot of work. Nathaniel and I were doing great and after 5 months of being opened, we were already in the Top 10% of 500+ Assist 2 Sell offices in the United States. Things were going great and we were listing and selling more than 20 homes monthly. I think things started changing drastically in winter of 2007 or 2008. I really don't remember the year, but I remember how fast the market went from being great to me having more than 80 listings and none of them were pending. After about 8 months of trying to deal with a stagnant market, I bought Nathaniel out of Assist 2 Sell and continued running the office by myself. Nathaniel moved back to Orlando since then to be closer to his family and is a very successful Property Manager with more than 100+ at this time. Market conditions and real estate was very tough and going from making a decent salary to not making much was very difficult and really "eye opening." I had considered getting out of real estate all together, but it was all I knew and I figured I could tough it out. In 2009 I decided that closing Assist 2 Sell was my best option at that time and decided to open Yellowfin Realty. This was a company I really wanted to get started and run with. I love fishing and that is where I came up with the name. The Yellowfin Tuna in my opinion is the strongest and one of the hardest fish to land. I ran that office with Susie and Luke Morris. I started doing BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) for banks back then to make extra money. A BPO is basically a generic Property Appraisal. I was doing more than 250 BPO's monthly for banks and was working 7 days a week, day and night. After working with Yellowfin Realty for 4 years, I decided to sell the company to Susie and Luke Morris and went back and opened up Assist 2 Sell The Eshack Team. NOW I AM RANKED WITHIN THE TOP 50 PRODUCING AGENTS IN THE GREATER TAMPA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.
