Sarah & Aaron Rose have over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. From my first position out of college to today I have been involved with real estate which allows me to have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate transaction. For 18 years I was in the mortgage industry. I, along with my wife Sarah Rose, founded Community Mortgage a mortgage company in West Palm Beach, Florida. We were licensed as a correspondent lender by the State of Florida and were approved by HUD and the VA to originate FHA and VA loans. During the last 15 years we operated a marketing and advertising company specifically servicing the real estate community on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We produced a real estate specific publication every four weeks as well as provided digital advertising services to agents and offices. I was raised in Palm Beach County, attended Jupiter schools, operated a business in West Palm Beach, and have lived for many years in West Palm Beach. Additional Information: I grew up in the Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter area. I attended local schools (Grove Park Elementary, Jupiter Middle, and Jupiter High). I am a graduate of Tulane University with a degree in Economics. I met my wife and business partner, Sarah, while at Tulane. We have been married for over 36 years and have successfully worked together in various businesses for over 30 years. We are very proud of our son, Connor, who is a West Palm Beach native. Connor, having recently graduated from the University of Georgia law school, is the product of local private and public Palm Beach County schools.
