Had another more reputable company come out and do what this guy neglected to do during install...ANCHOR IT.
Cheaper is never better but in this case 20 grand wasn't enough to insure a proper installation. Buyer beware.

I called about a drain problem in the basement. Russell came out and wasn’t there five minutes and charged $65 and said they do not do inside jobs. This was truly a dishonest way of getting free money. Your company doesn’t even deserve 1 ⭐️
