    Sam was always available to answer questions, but at no fault of his I am sure, alot of the docs requested was repeative and we started off with a 4.25 rate and ended up with 4.75.

This means that I will always have your best interest in mind and wouldn’t waste anyone's time by shoving a loan that doesn’t make sense down your throat. It will cost me clients from time to time but I'm happy to lose business for telling the truth to have a happy client and drama free transaction. I care more about having a long term relationship than just slamming a deal through and never speaking to you again.
