The most important part of my degree is the RE portion. Everything centers around Real Estate. The Real Estate portion of my degree is what every client is most interested in. Whether buying or refinancing, each property is required to have adequate Insurance. While the mortgage industry has changed over the last 30 years, the Principles that guide the industry have not changed. The areas of Income, Credit, Savings and the Property are still the most important items when arranging for mortgage financing.
