This transaction was a lot of ups and downs but in the end it got done by the help of the u/w and AE and saved the transaction and didn't leave our borrower homeless!

know more about the programs you are offering. Dont have an undewrwritn come in at 12 and only work 4 hours. Important items get pushed to the next door. its horrible and you loose time and credability
