Having a FHA loan we had to come up with a lot of extra things to get everything to pass, Terri showed us where to look and how to get the information needed.. she talked me through knowing everything was going to work out!

Better communication. I felt very overwhelmed and I had questions off and on. No one was answering me and than I was rushed to find paperwork.

I didn't like dealing with 4 different people; 3 of which I've never met. I'm more old school and would prefer to deal with the one loan officer that I started with, that being Terri.

Terri along with the whole staff was great to work with answering all my questions even the dumb ones lol but overall great experience not a negative thing to say thanks for all the help!
