Explanation when a client is not familiar with a 5.3% 1st homebuyer loan. I did not understand why that route was not explored. However the 1st loan was denied due to HOW lawsuits which resulted in no loans given for the property associated...

scott took the time to make sure we understood every part of the process. we were first time home buyers and knew nothing. he was recommended to me by my brother, and i am so glad he made that recommendation!!
