Everything worked quick great and efficiently

Communication seemed to be a struggle. It also felt like the file sat still for 45 days and then the last week of the transaction things were an issue. At the end of the day the loan closed which was a win, however I think increase communication...

I am glad we were able to get it closed with the customer relocating from out of state without starting at their new job. A lot had to come together at the end when just using an offer letter for employment to get the mortgage closed. Was happy...
