Working with Reina is always a pleasure! She is very knowledgeable (you'd be surprised how many AE's at other lenders don't even know basic guidelines), helpful and helps get things done when needed!

Reina is helpful when we call, and the underwriter at Freedom was helpful in working with us on the VA on this transaction that had some problems, where we ultimately had a successful closing.
Will work with Freedom again.
Underwriter was very confused with Reserve stock units and his communication to his manager was less than stellar regarding how to document it. I believe this bc the managers responses weren't ever really addressing my questions. Reina stepped...
