Shannon was great and made herself available throughout the entire home-buying process. She has my lifelong business and will refer her to anyone I know who is buying a home.

Jolayne and her team were very thorough, communicated promptly, and open to answer any questions I had during the process.

I could not have been happier with the support I received from Mac and his Team. They were extremely helpful and responsive and always went above and beyond when answering my questions and explaining details that I didn't even know to ask....

communication

Fewer promotional emails and more direct communication would have been preferred. It was unclear at times who our primary ACM POC should be. It was difficult to keep with mutliple email chains. The portal didnt always reflect open requests.

Jolayne and her team were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Working with Laura and her assistant, Maria, was an absolute pleasure. The home search process was lengthy, and I was outbid several times along the way. Throughout the entire journey, Laura was always responsive and readily available to prepare...

The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and professional, and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend them to others.
