Jonathan was great to work with, but there seemed to be a breakdown in communication internally at NAF. My clients were not happy with the overall experience and felt it was more stressful that it needed to be.

Jason was amazing, worked diligently to help me and find solutions, very impressed. Overall process was smooth. One area of opportunity is when you fund the loan and make payments, send the payemnts directly to the companies, I am still waiting...

several time I was unable to reach Ryan, during closing week. I was not informed on anything they change my downpayment without saying anything. my closing was postpone several time without anyone knowing what is going on.
