Heith is by far the most creative, knowledgeable lender I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is a great communicator and follows through- when Heith says he can do it- He Does, Everytime!

Heit Reade made this experience easy and very comfortable he communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely go with him again in the future.

Only the stuff Marie already said. The Construction extensions that we paid for were not accounted for. Marie had to spend over 30 - 80 hours getting all the details that should have been there.
