Willing to take phone calls and answer questions

Excellent communication and knowledge
Michele was fantastic, but I felt there were some unfortunate delays towards them end of the process, possibly due to the underwriting. Michele showed great communication and I had a great experience with her.
Michele worked through some challenging circumstances that with this transaction that were not her fault and still was able to quickly get us back on track to close!
