While the process was relatively smooth, the fees associated with the loan were extremely high. Mike is very personable and knowledgeable. The only negative are the fees and points that the parent company (Lower) charges.
Michael was always available to answer questions and give advice. Very quick to respond.
Professionalism and being proactive and on top of every step in the process.
