The time it took to close the loan, from April to the end of August. Lyn did her part very well, and Nicholas communicated with us, but the problems that occurred after our initial appraiser had a medical emergency and didn't file paperwork...

I was a real-estate agent for years prior to starting with AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Loan Originator. I won many company awards and I have learned the industry from a customer's perspective inside and out. I can now use what I have learned over the last several years to make the process smooth and pleasant for the customer on the loan side of the process. I am from a small town right outside of Louisville, Kentucky called Shelbyville. I attended the University of Louisville and in-turn become a diehard Card. My hobbies include anything that involves the outdoors especially being on the water- swimming, boating, and jet skiing.
