    John and Larry took a vested interes in Shevander. They wanted her to win. They didn't treat the transaction as just a part of their job. They were caring and compassionate.

    John was a very good communicator. At times he was let down by a clunky system of loan approval, bundling, etc, etc, along with robo-emails, that seemed to be out of his control, i.e. originating from Mutual of Omaha. So, bottom line is that...
