John had misinformation and seemed to blame others. Non professional and had poor communication
I should have used my own lender the process should have been so much smoother and less stressful
Keep us in the loop about market rates early and often. we wanted to lock in at the best possible rate and don't feel like we were given any other option.
Everything went smoothly and the team was always communicating what additional details were needed.
We trusted the process and John.
