Followed up regularly. Great rate.
Well, we were told that we would NOT have to write a check at closing for our refi and that wasn't the case. I understand that things come up and change but a phone call letting us know would have been helpful and warranted.
John was quick to reply and reach out to me as needed during the loan process. This was my first time refinancing and he explained everything thoroughly so I felt confident about the decisions I made along the way.

For more than 25 years, I have worked in the financial industry in Northern Illinois, and since 1996 I have been helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. I began my banking career at a community bank in Buffalo Grove, IL and later worked as chief Financial Officer for a dental insurance company in Chicago. More recently, I held the position of Chief Financial Lending Officer for Continental Community Bank in Elmhurst, Illinois. From 2001 until 2009, I was a principle and Senior Loan Officer for Alliance Financing Mortgage Corporation in Libertyville and I am now proud to be a part of the Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation team.
