Everything was explained very thoroughly and I was put on a great path start to finish. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with and I was not stressed out at all. It was such a smooth experience and I thank them for that.

We had an amazing experience with Guild Mortgage. They were able to offer a significantly lower cash to close cost than Zillow Home Loans. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
