The process was explained very well, and not overly-complicated. I was given options and recommendations and on the end the process was extremely straightforward and smooth!
Hunter is so good at making odd circumstances work out. He is so knowledgeable.
Hunter was able to get me a great deal! He explained every step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Hunter, especially to those who may have difficulty refinancing elsewhere.
I did my original Colorado home purchase with Hunter in 2011 and the 2 refinances after rates dropped. On all three occasions, Hunter had the lowest rates and I never had any surprises at closing. I highly recommend.
