I began my mortgage banking career in 1990, shortly after graduating from St. Thomas University with a degree in Finance. In 1995 I co- founded American Bancshares Mortgage, LLC.My passion for servicing the community is driven by my core values of commitment, integrity and transparency. Most of my team and senior-management has sat in every chair of the mortgage industry, providing us with a full understanding of the business from all aspects. Such experience is truly invaluable.We are mortgage bankers not brokers, this means we originate our own loans and have a direct relationships with the government –sponsored entities that purchase the majority of the loans in America. We are direct endorsed FHA, VA , Lenders , we are Fannie Mae seller/services. All processing, underwriting and closing functions are done in house, there is no middle man. When you apply with us you deal directly with the source.
