clear communication throughout, convenient portal to upload docs, Casey went above and beyond to suggest a way to lower my interest rate using seller credit that will save me a lot in the long run

The communication was great.
They were very quick and thorough. The Team at NAF did an amazing job from start to finish. There communication from application to closing was outstanding. Thanks again!!

The underwriting process was an absolute mess, my clients closing was delayed 2 weeks. Casey himself communicated very well and was pleasant to work with. Our underwriter Claudia Vanherwaarden on the other hand lacked in communication and was...
