1. Purpose and Scope
1.1. BuyersRoad, Inc. d/b/a Experience.com ("Experience.com," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to delivering a secure, transparent, and reliable fulfillment experience to every customer.
1.2. This Fulfillment Policy governs the activation, delivery, and ongoing access to Experience.com's software-as-a-service product — the Experience Management Platform — and other related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
1.3. This Policy supplements and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which together outline your legal relationship with Experience.com.
1.4. By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to this Fulfillment Policy. The Services are intended for users located in the United States and subject to U.S. law.
2. Activation and Access
2.1. Service Activation — Upon completion of the subscription process and successful payment, Experience.com grants users access to the subscribed Services.
2.2. Immediate Access — Access is typically activated immediately upon confirmation. A confirmation email will include login instructions and "getting started" instructions.
2.3. Access Credentials — Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login instructions. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of credentials may result in suspension.
2.4. Service Tiers — Users gain access to features corresponding to their subscription plan. Any upgrades or feature additions will be automatically made available to applicable accounts.
3. Service Availability
3.1. Experience.com strives for 24/7 service availability. However, temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unplanned technical issues.
3.2. Users will be notified in advance of scheduled maintenance that may affect access. Experience.com makes every effort to minimize service disruptions.
3.3. Services are digital in nature — no physical goods are shipped.
4. Payment and Billing (via Stripe®)
4.1. Payment Processing — All electronic payments for Experience.com products are processed securely through Stripe®. We do not store or access credit card data; all payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
4.2. Billing Terms — Users are billed according to the subscription plan selected during sign-up. Payment may occur:
- Option 1: Full annual payment upfront for a 12-month term, or
- Option 2: Monthly installments for the 12-month term.
4.3. Invoices and Confirmations — Upon successful payment, users receive an invoice and confirmation via email, detailing the amount charged and next billing date.
4.4. Failed Payments — Users will be notified of failed payments and given a grace period to update billing information. Unresolved payment issues may result in suspension or termination of access.
4.5. Stripe Terms — All Stripe transactions are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
5. Taxes
5.1. Experience.com's fees exclude applicable taxes or governmental charges (collectively, "Taxes"). Subscribers are responsible for all Taxes associated with their purchases.
5.2. If Experience.com is legally required to collect or remit Taxes on a Subscriber's behalf, such amounts will be added to the invoice unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.
5.3. Subscribers shall indemnify Experience.com for any Taxes imposed as a result of their transactions.
6. Refund and Cancellation
6.1. Refunds — All agreements are non-refundable once initiated. An agreement is considered initiated upon submission of payment details via the Experience.com platform.
6.2. Term Commitments — Subscriptions are annual (12-month) terms.
- Option 1: Pay in full upfront.
- Option 2: Pay in monthly installments for the duration of the term.
Monthly payments cannot be canceled before completion of the 12-month commitment.
6.3. Cancellation Policy —
- Users may cancel subscriptions within Account Settings.
- Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current 12-month cycle.
- Cancellation does not void payment commitments for the active term.
6.4. Trial Offers —
Users may cancel before the end of a trial to avoid automatic activation. Cancellations must be submitted in Account Settings before the trial expiration date.
7. Promotional Codes and Discounts
7.1. Promo codes or discounts may be issued as part of limited-time or vertical-specific programs. Conditions, eligibility, and expiration will be clearly stated when issued.
7.2. Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be reused once redeemed.
7.3. All promo codes and trial offers include clear instructions for opting out or canceling prior to renewal.
8. Data Privacy and Security
8.1. Experience.com takes data privacy and security seriously. All payments are processed through Stripe, and user data is encrypted and stored securely.
8.2. Experience.com does not sell Personal Information as 'sell' is defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We only 'share' Personal Information in the limited ways described in our Privacy Notice (for example, analytics and identification-pixel data visible to the professional whose page you visited).
8.3. Processing of personal and payment data is governed by the Privacy Notice and applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
8.4. Experience.com maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with industry standards, including SOC 2 compliance and encryption at rest and in transit.

9.1. Experience.com provides comprehensive customer support for technical or service-related inquiries.
9.2. Users may contact our support team at support@experience.com.
9.3. Requests are prioritized by severity. High-priority issues (e.g., login failure, payment interruptions, or system errors) receive expedited resolution.
10. Policy Updates and Governing Law
10.1. Experience.com may revise this Fulfillment Policy periodically to reflect changes in services, standards, or laws.
10.2. Updated versions will be posted on Experience.com, and material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
10.3. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and interpreted consistently with Experience.com's Terms of Use.
