Top Performers 2019 Real Estate

SocialSurvey ranks participants based on a weighted combination of completion percentage, star rating, and number of reviews from 2019.

This competition is exclusive to Experience.com Real Estate agents and real estate companies. There are ???? unknown RE agents and ???? unknown RE companies competing.

1. All Experience.com customers with at least 6 months of verified user data are automatically entered.
2. Real Estate agents and companies must have an automated way of requesting feedback from all of your borrowers, including the “likely to refer” (NPS) question. Companies without this requirement will be excluded.
3. Minimum response rate of 40%
4. Validation will be required.
5. There is no cost to enter.

Company Divisions: Small – Less than 80 Users Medium – 80-199 Users Large – 200+ Users Jumbo – 500+ Users (these might change based on numbers above)

Real Estate Agents:

This our first year entering the Real Estate industry for our Top Performers Awards. Last year we extended into the industry at our CreateWOWSummit and awarded the number 1 agent across all our RE users, DeeDee Ollis. This year we are opening the competition up to the Top 25 to Top 50 RE agents.

• Top 25-50 – receive a place on the top performers list receive access to top performer digital assets and signed card from the team and signed card from the team
• Top 10 – Exclusive Swag package and invitation to be a part of the Summit and TP 2020 Playbook
• Top 5 – Top Performers exclusive Players card and option for Behind the Review filming session

Mortgage Companies:

• All Top 20 (Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo Categories) – receive a place on the top performers list, access to top performer digital assets and signed card from the team
• Top 5 in each Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo Categories – Top Performers exclusive SWAG unboxing experience and invitation to be a part of the Summit and TP 2020 Playbook
• Top 1 in each Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo Categories – Top Performers exclusive Players card and Pop-up Banner, and option for Behind the Review filming session
