We all know there is no shortage of realtors. Sometimes you probably wonder if you even need one. Please be assured I am worth the salt. I do not show up with any "fluff" - no fancy brochures, lofty promises, impressive statistics. I won't do a "listing presentation". Instead, I show up with notepad, pen, and my iPhone to take pictures for my own reference. Then I go home and analyze, research and come up with numbers, various options, and a plan of action. You (the Client) then decide how much effort/money you want to put in and what appeals to you. It is quite simple and very clear - That goes for both Sellers and Buyers. What set me apart initially was helping clients with staging and makeovers. Sellers would get the benefit of "Flip Your Own House." (One was Featured on HGTV's House Hunters! September 2019) Buyers would get the benefit of buy that tired-looking Original with good bones and right location, and make it their own without spending a fortune. I have so many references who would be thrilled to share their past and current experiences - just ask! Besides making Homes "pretty", my BETTER strong suit is defending values of homes - whether they are above comps or fall short!
