My rating was more reflective of Quorum rather than NAF. There was a definite lack of communication and very slow service.

I repeatedly asked for documents to back up verbal claims made by the agent . I never received the documents prior to closing, but I was able to find them on my own on the New American Funding website , which is the only reason I did not cancel...
