Peter D. Lemmon earned his law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1998, graduating with honors. He is a third-generation attorney who developed an early passion for studying and practicing law. Mr. Lemmon has handled many high-profile cases, including successfully representing California's Secretary of State in a federal case defending California's term limits. He primarily practices personal injury, real estate, business law, and land use and development law. Mr. Lemmon has worked as Assistant City Attorney for many cities in California, including Thousand Oaks, Fillmore, Ventura, Ojai, and more.
