More clarity on what was needed from me instead of long emails repeating requests when I had already sent info in. Most of this could have been avoided by a phone call which is what Patrick did to finish everything up in the nick-of-time.
Patrick and Corey were easy to get in touch with by phone during crunch time. Reaching others working on the transaction were not as communicative. I believe strongly if there is a hold up or a concern, pick up the phone and talk with someone...
