Erich can always take complicated (and simple) loans and get them closed and on time. He's so patient and helpful with buyers and he is my go-to lender!

He communicates VERY well...not only to the listing and selling agents but to the buyers as well. My client had A LOT of questions at all hours of the day, and he ALWAYS answered. Plus, he got this done in less than 30 days!

I needed a quick refi, due to divorce, and Blake really came through!
