Speed of completion was excellen. The loan and closing was done in a timely manner. Michael was friendly and able to solve any issue.
Michael helped think through the financial possibilities with our financial plan and situation to make this happen. Chase was not able to do that. It was smooth and fast. We love that we can recast and refi for no charge!
