not even sure who Katie is, never spoke with her. The lack of communication was the deciding factor for me not to use alcova again, always had great experience with Deanna but this was horrible after she left and I did all the follow ups

Deanna was actually my agent. She was wonderful.

Katie was exceptional. Everyone we worked with in this process was excellent. They communicated very well and were very quick with the process. I couldn’t be happier with Katie and everyone else.
