John was very thorough, and always got back to us IMMEDIATELY. He was very informative and basically took care of everything except for when i needed to sign.
John has been wonderful to work with overall! Communication is excellent, and his response to questions is prompt. John went out of his way to make sure our entire loan process moved efficiently, quickly, and stress-free.
