Jeanne makes the process so much less stressful. She is always quick to respond and answers all my questions, both big and small! She walked me through every step, I never felt alone. Hands down she's the best there is.

This is my second time working with Jeannie at Crosscountry Mortgage and she always goes above and beyond! She is always responsive, pleasant and always talks in terms I could understand.

Really appreciated the quick response and the communication between buyers and myself...Communication is very important for 1st time buyers who don't know the lending and buying process....thx again for the hard work......
