Jean-Luc Teinturier is a French born US resident who has lived in Greenwich, Connecticut for the last 36 years. He is a serial entrepreneur and investor in real estate who graduated from Business School Ecole Superieure de Clermont Ferrand in France and received his MBA in international management in Phoenix, AZ. Jean-Luc has moved full time into his passion: real estate. Working first as a salesperson with Barnes International in Manhattan and then transitioning to Warburg, Barnes International Partner, in NYC in 2016. Jean Luc works primarily in Greenwich and surrounding towns in Fairfield County. He has worked with foreigners living in New York City (he is trilingual in French, Spanish, and English). He has a unique understanding of buyers not only as a broker but also as an investor and developer who has experience with his own development of Manhattan buildings. Jean-Luc applies to his real estate practice what he feels are the most important foundations of business: people and ethics. When not working, Jean Luc spends time with his wife and has two dual citizen adult children, Juliette and Francois. Prior to his work in real estate investment over the last 10 years, Jean Luc occupied several North America CEO positions for European Companies and then became an importer of perfume bottles from Italy. The new millennium marked Jean-Luc's entrepreneurial journey from the launch of Lingerie Americas Trade Show in New York, to the marketing of SGT, North America's second largest Fabric and Garments Quality Control Company, to the launch and success of Curvexpo in 2006. Curvexpo became the only high-end platform in North America through which intimate brands could exhibit their products in New York and in Las Vegas twice annually. Jean Luc successfully sold the Curvexpo trade show with his wife and partner, Laurence Teinturier, in 2012.
