Jada Davis

As a licensed California REALTOR(r), Jada provides strategic marketing plans, data-focused negotiation strategies, and transaction management services to her clients across many markets along the Central Coast. Born and raised in Lompoc, Jada offers a seasoned knowledge of Lompoc and an intimate understanding of what makes each distinct neighborhood so special. In addition, she provides exceptional real estate services to ensure her clients feel confident with their decision to hire her. Jada graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine, with a double major in law and psychology. She continued her schooling at UC Irvine and received her master's degree in criminology. In 2014, she moved to Iowa for graduate school and graduated with her PhD in neuroscience from the University of Iowa. While there, she met and married her husband, Ryan, and then returned to Lompoc in January 2019. In May 2020, they welcomed their daughter, Lavender, into the world. They look forward to raising the future generation in Jada's hometown of Lompoc.
