Just extra communication would be appreciated when the loan is in processing. Emails saying it's at a certain stage etc.

Lower DPA interest rates and quicker turnaround times. UW was requesting too many conditions. I closed other loans quicker with other mortgage companies with similar challenges. We exceeded our escrow time frame.
