With over 17 years of experience as a financial advisor, I oversee the financial affairs for a select group of families and business owners in the Austin area and points around the country. They are the heart of our office and can assist you with many of your day to day needs.Born in Europe, I grew up in the northeast and attended Rensselaer, where I competed in cross country and track, and earned a chemical engineering degree with a minor in finance. After graduation, my career started at General Electric working in various roles ranging from "roll your sleeves up" engineering problems to cost out business and finance initiatives. After five years there, something was still missing. In 2008, I seized the opportunity to start my own practice at Edward Jones to be able to make a direct impact in others' lives, financially and personally. Since then, I haven't looked back. I love my work and feel passionate about my clients, the industry and keeping abreast of the daily market, as well as the intricacies of long-term investment building and protection strategies.I attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, or CFP®, certification in 2014, and in 2015, became a limited partner with our firm. I am a member of St. John Neumann and Texas Wall Street Women, and have served as a Junior Achievement instructor of 6th and 8th graders in Eanes Independent School District, promoting financial literacy at a young age.Outside of work, my greatest joy is being a mom, chasing my two sons. We enjoy traveling, the outdoors, trail running, soccer, yoga, tennis and golf.
