Be prepared to wait months for maintenance, they do not follow up with them. You have to call maintenance and hope they fix it eventually. My place wasn’t even clean when I moved in, there was mouse shit in the cabinets and spiderwebs everywhere....

Very helpful through the whole process with communication. Maintenance has been great so far as well!

Garbage company. Predatory loans. Charge you $100k for a $30k home over 20 years. Won’t fix roofs or issue before purchase. Then harasses you about home repairs. All about money and who she can scam next.
