Everyone was so nice as well as understanding. My phone calls were returned, and I appreciated Chris taking the time to explain the new mortgage laws to me when things became confusing.

a better outlook on first time home buying made simpler maybe it was just me, but I felt like the communication was good but something could've been simplified for first time buyers
