The last time we refinanced seemed to be a lot quicker than this time. It took us 3-4 moths to refinance this time.

everything was fine except the orginal processor Martha Navas totally dropped the ball and disappeared. That caused at least a 2 week delay or more and unnecessary stress . Cindy picked up the file and she did a wonderful job of fixing things...

more direct communications on phone not just e-mail some people still use the phone and that needs to b addressed,faster process started mine on 8/8/2025 closed 10/16/2025 just a lot of resending of same paperwork two and three times process...

I felt that the time from when i signed the contract and having to call a week later to find out why the money hadn't been deposited in my account. I'm sure I was charged interest everyday from closing. Also the insurance companines calling...
