RE/MAX Regional Services (RRS), serving Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Southern Ohio, recently announced its partnership with Experience.com (Formerly SocialSurvey), a new tool that captures customer experiences in a simple way to help increase overall customer satisfaction and help companies manage their online reputation.
RE/MAX Regional Services is the first real-estate company to partner with Experience.com (Formerly SocialSurvey). The region serves over 3,700 agents in more than 200 offices. RE/MAX Regional Services include RE/MAX of Georgia, RE/MAX of Kentucky, RE/MAX of Tennessee and RE/MAX of Southern Ohio.
As a result of the partnership, RE/MAX agents in Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Southern Ohio can now follow-up with home buyers and sellers immediately after closing via email with a brief survey. Clients will be asked to rate their agent from one to five stars based on the following criteria – communication, customer service and overall experience. In addition, clients will be encouraged to leave comments about their experience. Comments can be auto-posted to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Clients will also be directed to popular review sites such as Zillow, Yelp, Realtor.com, and Google+.
“We know that 88 percent of consumers trust online reviews as much as recommendations from friends and family,” says Jeanette Schneider, senior vice president, RE/MAX Regional Services. “For this reason we want to make it easy for potential buyers and sellers to find rankings and reviews about our associates. It’s also critical for us to gauge what our consumers are feeling. We want to better understand from a consumer standpoint where we excel and where there is room for improvement. Even a negative review can present an opportunity to do better.”
