The History

This awards program began in 2015, our birth year, focused solely on mortgage. We recognized that we have a unique dataset that was growing rapidly which we could leverage to create a new benchmark in the mortgage industry, Top Performers in Customer Satisfaction.

This program has grown swiftly and been a marker of success for our customers who create the most wow for their own clients. We pride ourselves on having one of the largest data sets at our fingertips in mortgage with more than 50,000 loan officers. And we are quickly growing into other verticals. This award has always been about evolving the customer experience and rewarding those that have made an insane impact based on the data, the differentiators being completion percentage and average rating.

The Future

Because Experience.com is evolving the platform, we see fit to also evolve the program. We want this benchmark to be a constant in our customers cx strategy, aiding their day-to-day awareness of where they rank against others in their industry. In the coming year you will see this award built into the new Experience Management Platform (XMP), an we will no longer release a list in the first half of the year. Users all the way up to Companies will see a constant marker of their top 1% status. Other awards will accompany this new gamification but more info to come soon.

The Current

Because our dataset is getting out of control, and in an attempt to bridge the gap from the previous award expectation to where the award is headed in the future, this year’s award release will be a list for the Top 1% in Mortgage for 2020!

What the winners can expect:

User Level Winners:

  • A winners badge for Top 1% automatically added to their profile on Experience.com
  • Top 25 can expect additional awards and position specific badges
  • #1 Winner can expect interview and press opportunities

Company Level Winners:

  • Top 10 in each division (small, medium, large, jumbo) will receive a badge automatically added to their profile on experience.com
  • Can expect additional awards /assets for celebrating their win
  • #1 Winner (in each division) can expect interview and press opportunities
