You’ve certainly noticed by now that SocialSurvey launched a new dashboard earlier this year. It not only changes how the data is displayed on your home page, but also brings some new features.
One of the most interesting new features is the Leaderboard, where an agent can see how he/she ranks compared to all the agents in your company. The Leaderboard feature is a powerful tool for incentivizing greater performance, managing employees and overall helping to deliver better customer experiences, as well as business outcomes.
Our ranking algorithm is based on Bayesian theorem. It takes into account Completion Score, SPS, Average Score and Star Rating received from Verified Reviews.
To be ranked on the Leaderboard, you must first have a minimum of 6 verified reviews, 40% completion rate and be active in SocialSurvey for 90 days or more.
The dashboard displays ‘My Company’ Leaderboard by default, but can be adjusted to view the Leaderboard for a ‘Branch’ or ‘Region’ using the filter on the top right.
Agents should login to their SocialSurvey profile and see where they stand!
Users with admin access can see the company dashboard and the dashboards for their branch/region. Admins can also download the ranking report for their branch/region. All reports, including ranking reports, can be downloaded from the Reporting Page.
