SocialSurvey is excited to launch the newest feature to its SocialWorks platform. SocialMonitor will monitor the activity of loan officers, branches and regions for non-compliant activity.
Why SocialMonitor?
Since over 80% of SocialSurvey’s loan officers and branch managers are connected to their social channels, users will be able to launch this new product without any boarding pain. Literally, activating an entire company takes less than a minute making it incredibly powerful for organizational compliance.
Special thanks to all of the great customers who, last September, traveled to the SocialSurvey offices in San Ramon, CA to design a new social media monitoring product for our SocialWorks platform. The primary driver for this decision was SocialSurvey’s sharing connections to loan officers’ social pages. Lenders find it extremely difficult to get loan officers to connect to compliance monitoring platforms, reporting that less than 25% of their loan officers connect to those platforms no matter how many times they request it. SocialSurvey is already connected to most of the loan officer’s social media pages since we automatically share client reviews on them. So, our customers asked us to start monitoring those same pages for non-compliant activity. We agreed and invited them in to help design the product.
Is SocialMonitor available?
On June 12th, we made the beta available to all current customers. The product is meant to be a simple, but smart monitor to flag certain activity and continually learn to make the marketing compliance team’s job much easier over time.
What to expect from the beta?
The beta version of SocialMonitor connects to social channels by loan officer, branch, region and company. The admin can select ‘any’ or ‘all’ to monitor. The monitor automatically escalates posts with certain keywords. Automated communications, both internal and email, are included. Macros can be set for certain situations. Bulk posters that are known to be compliant can easily be ignored from escalation rules. Keywords are preset but flexible. All activity is archived for years.
Additionally, SocialSurvey is in the process of finalizing a partnership with an AI firm (to be named at a later date) that has existing technology to enhance and amplify human expertise, including photo, video and document analysis and sentiment analysis across the entire SocialWorks platform.
