In order to be successful, you often must juggle multiple customers and priorities. How do you show each and every client that you really care?
I deliver on time with no drama. Full communication throughout the process….
I do everything from A to Z, so I am selective on the realtors I do business with, do not allow rate shoppers, I provide a service like no one else in the industry is my MO. … We have commitments out in 48 hours, I can close a purchase loan in 12-14 business days. It is my #1 niche.
Is there anything else you would like to share with other loan originators. Tips? Words of wisdom? Advice?
Be in control from front to end. Do not allow any 3rd party to dictate, you dictate how the lending process is going to happen. You are the one bringing the money to the table.[/two_thirds][/columns]

Your customers have reported that you can be trusted with their most important financial decision, what do you do to continue to earn that trust?  What does that trust mean to you?
Honestly I just always put their best interests up front, and I stay committed to my philosophy. Answer every call that comes in, even if I am putting 1-2 people on hold. Accessibility 24/7, and delivering in advance, on every loan, is what earns trust. 95% return business proves this. With that said if this was easy, everyone would be doing it. Not everyone can “eat paper for breakfast”, it takes skill to juggle sales calls and self-process every loan. I still to this day- handle every loan from A to Z. I have a 98.5% conversion ratio= zero fall out that I had control of. Means a lot, of course. When the return business comes in a few years later as a client’s family grows, to buy a bigger home, means the world.
